These amazing self-collected fossilized leaves are from the Late Eocene - Early Oligocene time period. There is some debate on which formation they are coming from as we are finding mixed information from different geologic surveys and maps. These leaf fossils are from the beautiful State of Washington. We believe these fossils are 33 million - 23 million years old. While there is a conglomerate of species in this specimen, we believe the most prominent fossil to be a Pacific Willow leaf.
