These Columnar Calcites are seemingly new on the market. Upon doing lots of research, I could not find any Calcite specimens even comparable to these. These Calcite clusters are from Longyan, Fujian Province, China. They heavily fluoresce a very beautiful vibrant pink color. They also have these super aesthetic triangular centers that make the specimen absolutely POP under UV as well as in normal light. These specimens were acquired from a lady whose father was a well-known geologist in many provinces in China and had connections with the mines in many areas.
